Scalcione is usually eaten after returning from mass on

Good Friday.

The savory Easter Specialty is actually a delicious onion pie made for Good Friday

Fantastic Antipasto also.  It can be cut into small pieces and served that way. Your company will go crazy for it.  

Filling consists of mostly scallions, olives and tomatoes.
